Great compression!
This is the best waist trainer I've ever had. Firm compression and doesn't roll or crease mid stomach area and is long enough for my longer torso. It has a really good stretch effect to it also. I highly recommend this trainer.

I stand behind this waist trainer 10,000% . For years this has been my go to waist trainer. When I started waist trainer I was almost 200 lbs & had 2 c-sections. I bought this waist trainer & started my weight loss journey 4 years ago and at my prime I was 130 lbs & snatched. I got pregnant again and had my 3rd c-section in March & of course I went & bought me another one 3 months ago with hopes of it helping with my ongoing back pain from throwing my back out. Not only am I able to move & function regularly again but the quality is STILL AMAZINGGGG!!! Now I’m back down to pre birth weight & my body is snatching right back with lasting results. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS WAIST TRAINER. && I faithfully recommend to everybody I come across on a regular basis !!!!

Straight from Columbia, latex and cotton. Helps my back and has helped me with my stomach already within a few days from not looking so bloated. Comfortable enough to go on about your business. I love it. I’m 5’5 and weigh 180 but have a 42 waist line so I got a 2xl on the extreme waists trainer 3 and a large on the tights with trainer. I would say for me the weight for the size chart was more on point vs my waiste bc that would’ve meant that I would’ve needed like a 4xl and that would’ve been too big.

I bought my first waist trainer from Angel Curves in 2019 and I've been hooked ever since. The quality is amazing and they really do help ****** you up! About 3 years ago I gained a total of 80 pounds during and after my pregnancy and I felt like I completely lost myself. I had stopped wearing the waist trainer for a while and started wearing it again about a year ago. I bought a size large as I was 210lbs and let me say, I feel like this waist trainer truly helped to motivate me to be back to myself again.
