At first, when I received it it looked small! Then I tried fighting with it to fit me. And it was really tight the first day. The second day was easier to put on. And I gradually got to put it on easier day by day. Because this compression belt works! I am pleased at my results so far. Great investment. Definitely buy one! P.S. My weight is 158 pounds and my height is 5’3.
Postpartum moms this is the perfect waist trainer! Waist is feeling snatched in all the right places. Material quality is breathable yet keeping everything in place and is adjustable with the double compression. Definitely recommend and will be moving down a size shortly.
This is my favorite torture device. Unfortunately the ribbing snapped as I sized down too far. Time for a medium.

I accidentally bought a smaller size then what I am so definitely recommend sizing up, but oh my gosh it fits beautifully. The only issue I ended up having is I have big breasts (38F) so it gives me a boob lift, besides that it’s firm, helps my posture and helps with my eating habits (If I eat too much it hurts to keep waist trainer on so I limit what I intake now). Lost 5 pounds already, can’t wait to see how my future will look!
