This waist trainer.. lemme tell ya. I’m 5’7 and around 140lbs. I have never been a size small since being this size. Apparently I’m a size small in waist trainers and you know how damn GOOD I felt putting it on comfortably ?! She smoothed it alllll out and gave me the most beautiful curves. Girl I’m wearing this 24/7 , catch me in the shower with my waist trainer on. So much support in this particular brand, I’ve never had a waist trainer this supportive and this good quality. I stand behind this waist trainer 10,000% . For years this has been my go to waist trainer. When I started waist trainer I was almost 200 lbs & had 2 c-sections. I bought this waist trainer & started my weight loss journey 4 years ago and at my prime I was 130 lbs & snatched. I got pregnant again and had my 3rd c-section in March & of course I went & bought me another one 3 months ago with hopes of it helping with my ongoing back pain from throwing my back out.
