I am three months PP, and the vest has helped my back so much!! The material is perfect, it actually tightens up and it gives you a flawless figure. It takes a couple days to get used to it but once you do, it feels great! I totally recommend!!
I bought one three years ago and I still have it I recently got the new one it’s made a little differently but I love this new one it doesn’t roll up and the double compression give you extra support I recently got a tummy tuck and this is definitely my go to for support I’m able to wear it at work and at home and working out i recommend 100 percent

I stand behind this waist trainer 10,000% . For years this has been my go to waist trainer. When I started waist trainer I was almost 200 lbs & had 2 c-sections. I bought this waist trainer & started my weight loss journey 4 years ago and at my prime I was 130 lbs & snatched. I got pregnant again and had my 3rd c-section in March & of course I went & bought me another one 3 months ago with hopes of it helping with my ongoing back pain from throwing my back out. Not only am I able to move & function regularly again but the quality is STILL AMAZINGGGG!!! Now I’m back down to pre birth weight & my body is snatching right back with lasting results. Got my order super fast. I had to do a size exchange but once I got the right size I was so happy with my purchase. It really flattens my stomach I love how they look under my outfit. I wore them with a dress yesterday and you could not tell.
Okay, for me I wore the vest to work and this for working out. The neoprene and latex combined with the silhouette make this a go-to for a gym sesh. I didn’t find it uncomfortable for anything under running or HIIT, so hike , bike and walk all you want. Very stylish piece, I wore it on the outside of a T and paired with a pink top and black run tights! Many complements 😍
